For this year’s Book Week celebrations at Holy Trinity, we had many exciting events that occurred.
Many of our highlights included, the Book Week Performance, “Big Dreams,” engaging many of the students and influencing them to keep persisting in their dreams.
As well as our fantastic Book Week Performance, we had our Book Character Parade. There were many creative costumes, inspired by our favourite books from Diary of the Wimpy Kid to favourite Princess characters.
This year’s theme, “Reading is my Secret Power,” encouraged many students to express themselves through their knowledge of reading. Like the famous Dr. Seuss stated, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

📚✨ Book Fair Parade Fun! ✨📚 Yesterday our school came alive with colour, creativity, and characters! We celebrated our Book Fair Parade with students dressing up as their favourite book characters – and even some amazing original characters they created themselves! 🎭✏️📖 Families also enjoyed visiting our open classrooms, where students took part in engaging activities inspired by the CBCA shortlisted books. What a wonderful way to celebrate reading, imagination, and our love of books! 💛14 Aug 2025
