For this year’s Book Week celebrations at Holy Trinity, we had many exciting events that occurred.

Many of our highlights included, the Book Week Performance, “Big Dreams,” engaging many of the students and influencing them to keep persisting in their dreams.

As well as our fantastic Book Week Performance, we had our Book Character Parade. There were many creative costumes, inspired by our favourite books from Diary of the Wimpy Kid to favourite Princess characters.

This year’s theme, “Reading is my Secret Power,” encouraged many students to express themselves through their knowledge of reading. Like the famous Dr. Seuss stated, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

Today we're sharing some special moments from our Grandparents Day celebration on Monday. As we celebrate our grandparents, we remember Saints Joachim and Anne, the grandparents of Jesus and patrons of grandparents. Their lives remind us of the precious gift of passing on faith from one generation to the next. May God continue to bless all grandparents with good health, peace, and the joy of knowing how deeply they are loved and appreciated.

We hope all of our students and families have enjoyed a safe, relaxing and well-deserved break. As the holidays come to an end, we look forward to welcoming everyone back for the start of Term 3! School resumes on Tuesday 21 July, and we can't wait to see our students back at school, ready for another exciting term of learning, growth and new experiences. Enjoy the last few days of the holidays, and we'll see you on Tuesday!
