π£ Camp Update β Year 5 ππ² Weβre happy to let you know that Year 5 has arrived at camp safe and sound! The students were all smiles as they hopped off the bus, excited and ready for a fun-filled adventure ahead. ποΈ Theyβre settling in, exploring the surroundings, and already making memories.

ππΊ School Disco Fun! ππ What an incredible night at our School Disco! The energy was high, the music was pumping, and the smiles were contagious as our school community came together for a fun-filled evening β all in support of Multicultural Day ππ Students danced the night away, enjoyed a sausage sizzle, and treated themselves to popcorn, glowsticks, and lolly bags πΏβ¨π. Meanwhile, some of our wonderful parents joined in the fun with a few lively games of bingo! π Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the night such a success β your support brings our community closer and helps us celebrate the rich diversity in our school.

As a school we participated in the National Simultaneous Storytime on Wednesday the 21st of May. Each class read the book 'The Truck Cat' at the same time, sharing the wonderful story of Yacoub and his beloved cat. Each student had the opportunity to win a copy of the story by going in a class draw. Congratulations to all our winners! ππ±

π Lifted Jnr 2024 β A Day of Faith, Hope & Inspiration π Some of our students had the wonderful opportunity to attend Lifted Jnr, a powerful event designed to inspire young people to grow in faith, leadership, and community. βοΈπ« The theme of the day centred around hope, reminding our students that even in challenging times, we are called to be people of light and possibility. One of the highlights was a moving and energetic performance by Sr Rosie Drum, whose message and music truly resonated with everyone there. πΆπ It was a joyful and spirit-filled experience that our students will carry with them in their hearts. πββοΈπββοΈ Diocesan Cross Country Champions π π Congratulations to our incredible students who represented our school at the Diocesan Cross Country Carnival! These students earned their place by being the fastest runners in our school, and they went on to compete against over 120 students from across the diocese. πβ¨ A special shout-out to one of our runners who placed 17th out of 125 competitors β what an outstanding achievement! ππ We are so proud of all our students for their determination, sportsmanship, and effort on the day. You represented our school with pride!

πΈ Motherβs Day Breakfast Celebration πΈ On Monday, we were blessed to welcome our wonderful mums and mother figures to school for a special Motherβs Day Breakfast. ππ Families shared a lovely morning meal, followed by beautiful performances from our students. Through songs, poems, and heartfelt messages, our students expressed their love and gratitude, honouring the incredible women who nurture, guide, and support them each day. We give thanks to God for the gift of our mothers β a reflection of His unconditional love β and for the opportunity to come together as a community in faith and celebration.
