Year 6 recently went on an educational tour of our Nation’s Capital as a part of our the Year 6 Australian Curriculum.
Students were given the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational programs with a focus on enhancing the children’s education of Democracy, Leadership and Government.
Our time away seemed a blur but many educational and personal experiences were had by all. This was an exceptional group of Year 6 students who represented their school with great maturity and exceptional behaviour.

Students created a Pentecost poster, reflecting on the meaning of this important feast in the Church calendar. Through their artwork, students explored symbols associated with Pentecost and represented themes of the Holy Spirit, courage and unity. It was wonderful to see their creativity and understanding shine through as they expressed their learning visually.11 Jun 2026

6 White were lucky to engage in National Simultaneous Storytime in the land of books (our school library). Prior to reading, the students heard from the authors and illustrators acknowledging their involvement and concept development of Luna Roo. As a soccer loving class, all students enjoyed hearing the story of Luna Roo and her achievement to win the soccer world cup.
